By booking a session you accept following terms and conditions:
All of the sessions are suitable both for children only and families, although - one family per session, for extended family portraits please book 2 sessions one after the other.
Not suitable for newborns unless newborns are being held as part of family portraits
Non-refundable deposit of £40 is required to secure your booking, which is then deducted from the chosen package price on the day of your session
Christmas mini sessions are available from mid October, throughout November, up till 14th of December, although December sessions will be edited after New Year.
As sessions may be scheduled one after another, please arrive dressed and ready for your photoshoot
I have some pieces of clothing available for you to use on your sessions - to be discussed upon booking a session
Online viewing gallery of unedited images will be available 2-3 days after your session, please ensure you select your favourite images as soon as possible
Your edited photos will be ready to download within 2 weeks after I receive your selection and payment (package and extra images)
Prints are not included in Christmas packages
Gift vouchers for Christmas minis are available
By booking a session you agree that you are familiar with my portfolio and accept the editing style and retouch. The image postproduction does not include radical alterations such as backdrop colour change, change of clothes or skin colour, photoshop manipulations such as removing or adding an object or a person, face swap and other.
The parents are resposible for the safety of under-aged children during the shoot being performed.
Your purchase of the original files releases Photographer from any liability due to loss or damage of the images, and also releases Photographer from any obligation to maintain copies of any digital file, image, or photograph.
Images are purchased by Client for Limited Commercial use only. This includes but not limited to, advertising, marketing, website usage and social media platforms owned or managed by the Client. The Client must not alter or edit the images. Exceptions to alterations include, company name, logo or text related to the company and for advertisement purposes. Only the Client can use the images provided by Photogapher and may not resell, loan or allot images to a third party.
